AI administrator
An agent that works for your business
An AI agent installed on your website server that takes your requests like one more employee: ask it from WhatsApp or Telegram to change things on your website, automate tasks and answer your customers. You get on with your business; it handles the rest.
Indicative price
400 € + 40 €/month
One-time only: 900 €
The range depends on complexity; we confirm it together at the design meeting.
What's included
- Website changes by message: copy, prices, photos, sections — it applies them
- Automations: regular reports, reminders, backups, repetitive tasks
- Answers customers when you cannot, alerting you when something needs your attention
- Works with your tools and permissions: what it may and may not touch is agreed with you
- Everything is logged: what it did, when and why — you can review it
- Runs on your website server: you install nothing on your computer
- Channels of your choice: WhatsApp, Telegram or another agreed medium

When it fits
For businesses already running online that want to delegate: piled-up changes, repetitive tasks and out-of-hours messages. If your website does not exist yet, start with the base and add this later.
